Thyroid disorders are often diagnosed through blood tests measuring thyroid hormone levels and imaging studies like ultrasound or radioactive iodine scans. Treatment varies based on the specific condition but may include thyroid hormone replacement therapy for hypothyroidism, anti-thyroid medications, or radioactive iodine for hyperthyroidism.

Maintaining health involves a balanced diet with sufficient iodine, essential for hormone production, and regular medical check-ups for early detection and management of disorders. Overall, understanding and addressing related issues are crucial for maintaining optimal health and well-being.
